1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and abangspin ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by Abangspin.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the Abangspin platform, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are also considered part of this contract.

These terms take effect from the date you first access the abangspin platform and remain in effect for as long as your account is active or until terminated by either party in accordance with the established procedures.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at abangspin. If we detect multiple accounts believed to belong to the same individual — based on device, IP address, payment information, or other identification methods — all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without prior notice.

3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and all account login information confidential. Abangspin recommends using a strong, unique password and never sharing your login details with anyone, including family members.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization or your password has been compromised, you are required to:

1. Change your password immediately through the account settings page.

3. Not carry out any financial transactions until the security issue has been resolved.

Abangspin is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. All activity carried out through your account is considered authorised by you unless you report the unauthorised access to us within a reasonable time.

The general terms that apply to all bonuses at abangspin cover the following:

• Wagering requirement must be met in full before any bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn.

• Abangspin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided such action does not affect bonuses that are currently undergoing wagering.
• If abangspin suspects abuse of the bonus system — including continuous wagering across multiple accounts or gameplay strategies designed to exploit bonuses — we reserve the right to void the relevant bonuses and terminate the accounts involved.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the abangspin platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by independent testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is fully random and free from any manipulation.

In cases where a technical error occurs during gameplay — such as a connection disruption, software malfunction, or incorrect display — Abangspin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the player. Wins resulting from an obvious technical error are void and will not be paid.

Abangspin reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period.
• Request from a competent authority.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, all eligible cash balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to all relevant conditions being met.

9 Liability Cap

Abangspin provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions or errors at all times. Abangspin is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unforeseen technical disruptions.
• Losses arising from gameplay decisions made based on misinterpreted information.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

In all cases, Abangspin's maximum total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount of active deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Terms Amendment

Abangspin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the abangspin platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance before the changes take effect.

12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the abangspin platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
